A Cardholder who wishes to participate in the Superior Travel Awards (the ¡§Program¡¨) or who is already a member of Asia Miles, Eastern Miles, Sky Pearl Club or PhoenixMiles scheme must enroll in the Program in order to transfer reward Gift Points to air mileage scheme(s). Cardholders may download / obtain the registration form at the website of BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the ¡§Company¡¨) or by calling the 24-hour customer services hotline. For registration and redemption, holders of a BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card will have to use the Credit Card account denominated in Hong Kong dollars. |

The Program is only applicable to Credit Cards that are issued in Hong Kong bearing with  logo (excluding BOC Hong Kong Airlines Visa Card, BOC CEA Dual Currency Credit Card, BOC Great Wall International Credit Card, USD card, BOC Purchasing Card, BOC Express Cash, Private Label Card and participant of the Cash Rebate plan) (¡§eligible Credit Card¡¨). |

Only enrolled Cardholders whose eligible Credit Cards are valid and in good standing will be entitled to transfer the Gift Points to the respective air mileage scheme(s). |

Cardholders must be a member of one of the participating airline¡¦s scheme(s) in order to participate in this program. Cardholders can contact any participating airline(s) to inquire and/or to register for participation in any such scheme. |

Cardholders must register their own membership number of relevant participating airline(s) in order to enroll in this program and/or to redeem air mileage. Cardholders are not allowed to redeem air mileage using a membership number(s) not belonging to them or not in their own registered personal name. |

For Asia Miles, every 15 Gift Points is equivalent to 1 Asia Mile. For first time redemption, the minimum level shall be 15,000 Gift Points or 1,000 Asia miles. Redemption shall be in the multiple of 7,500 Gift Points or 500 Asia Mile thereafter. |

For China Eastern Airlines (Eastern Miles) and China Southern Airlines (Sky Pearl Club), every 12 Gift Points is equivalent to 1 Eastern Miles Point / Kilometer. For first time redemption, the minimum level shall be 12,000 Gift Points or 1,000 Eastern Miles Point / Kilometers. Redemption shall be in the multiple of 6,000 Gift Points or 500 Eastern Miles Point / Kilometers thereafter. |

For Air China, every 8 Gift Points is equivalent to 1 Kilometer. For first time redemption, the minimum level shall be 8,000 Gift Points or 1,000 Kilometers. Redemption shall be in the multiple of 4,000 Gift Points or 500 Kilometers thereafter. |

A handling fee of HK$50 will be charged for the conversion of every 5,000 Asia Miles / China Eastern Airlines Eastern Miles Point / China Southern Airlines (Sky Pearl Club) Kilometer / Air China (PhoenixMiles) Kilometer ( ¡§Mileage¡¨) (for conversion with less than 5,000 Mileage will also be charged at the rate of 5,000 Mileage), subject to a minimum of HK$100 or a maximum of HK$300 per transaction. |

Gift Points from various eligible Credit Cards under the same Main Card Cardholder can be pooled for redemption of air mileage (Excluding "BOC Henderson Club Visa Card", "BOC CEA Dual Currency Credit Card" and "BOC Hong Kong Airlines Visa Card"). This privilege is only available to the Main Cardholder. |

Once a redemption request has been accepted and processed by the Company, all Gift Points so redeemed and deducted from Cardholder¡¦s eligible Credit Card account cannot be reinstated. Under normal circumstances, a transaction will take up to 2 to 3 weeks to complete. |

Any fraudulent use or abuse of the Program or the redemption process may result in forfeiture of the accrued Gift Point(s) / air mileage as well as the cancellation of the card account(s). The Company further reserves the right to take such legal actions as may be appropriate in such instances. |

The Company accepts no liability for the Gift Points transferred to any of the participating airline(s) under this Program or for the actions taken / contemplated by a participating airline(s) in connection with its mileage scheme or otherwise. |

Cardholder is subject to and must comply with the terms and conditions of respective participating airline(s) in which they have enrolled. A Cardholder who has successfully applied for the mileage program will be notified of the Terms and Conditions by the participating airline(s). |

The participating airlines may change its program rules including but not limited to regulations, policies, benefits, participation conditions, mileage expiry or mileage levels, in whole or in part, at any time with or without prior notice, even though such changes may materially affect the value of the free mileage already accumulated. |

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the Program or to amend its Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. |

All matters and disputes are subject to the decision of the Company and the participating airlines. |

Should there be any discrepancy and inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail and apply.
