The BOCHK Mortgage Expert mobile application also features various functions, such as "My Dream Houses", "Price Alert", "Instant Valuation", "Mortgage Budget Planner" and "Mortgage Appointment" services, which help you consolidate and save important information such as property size, contact information of the property agent and the bank’s mortgage staff. You can also preset your favourite property target price and the mobile application will alert you when the target price is met, saving time from monitoring the property valuation constantly.
