Two-factor Authentication uses a combination of two different factors, including "the information you know" and "the authentication tools you have", for verifying a user's identity. Your Internet Banking No./user name and password which you use to login Internet Banking are "the information you know". If you need to conduct high-risk transactions, you are required to make use of "the authentication tools you have" for further verification.

More choices for greater flexibility
You can choose either digital certificate or SMS-based OTP as your tool for Two-factor Authentication for your online high-risk transactions. Besides, you can swap one method for another to suit your different conditions and needs.

Extra benefit for free
No extra charge will be levied on the use of digital certificate or our delivery of SMS-based OTP.
