If you are current user of the BOC e-CNY wallet, you can select "Top Up" in the PBOC e-CNY App and can be redirected to BOCHK mobile banking App via the e-CNY App. And then top up the BOC e-CNY wallet with the deposits of BOCHK HKD or CNY account after read and confirmed the terms and conditions, to support your consumption at the merchants that support the receipt of e-CNY payments in a convenience manner.

Please note that after the customer has exchanged HKD or CNY from his/ her savings account out for e-CNY, this amount of e-CNY is no longer a protected deposit and is not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
