Temporary suspension of certain services for system maintenance


BOC Credit Card is committed to providing quality services to customers. To enhance our services, we shall be performing system maintenance from 03:00am to 07:00am on 14 April 2019 (Sunday) & 28 April 2019 (Sunday) (Hong Kong Time). During this time, customers may be unable to access certain BOC credit card services. These include certain online transactions, internet banking services, credit card online services, card activation, mobile payment registration, message alert services and Alipay transactions. We would advise customers to make necessary alternative arrangement in advance and appreciate the kind understanding of customers.
