Promotion Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from 5 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. This "Smart Savings Deposits for Selected Customers" (the "Offer") is only applicable to the selected Private Wealth / Wealth Management Services Customers of the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited ("BOCHK") who receive this promotion invitation (the "Exclusive Offer Customers").
3. During the Promotion Period, it would be deemed as eligible daily HKD savings deposit balance growth (the "Daily Savings Deposit Balance Growth") if there is deposit balance increment in the "Daily HKD Savings Deposit Balance" of the Eligible HKD Savings Account under the Exclusive Offer Customer, compared with the "HKD Savings Deposit Balance as of 31 December 2023". The Daily Savings Deposit Balance Growth of Exclusive Offer Customers is subject to the record held by BOCHK.
4. Exclusive Offer Customers can enjoy the Offer within Promotion Period. The Reward Rate includes Basic Savings Deposit Interest Rate with Extra HKD Savings Deposit Interest Rate. After Promotion Period, BOCHK's prevailing savings interest rate, announced from time to time, will apply.
5. During the Promotion Period, Exclusive Offer Customers can enjoy a preferential HKD savings deposit interest rate of up to 3.5% p.a. (the "Reward Rate") based on their "Daily Savings Deposit Balance Growth". Details please refer to the examples of Daily Savings Deposit Balance Growth of Exclusive Offer Customers and Reward Rate.
6. The Offer is only applicable to deposit of all single-name HKD savings accounts of the Exclusive Offer Customers which are opened with the same name, but not applicable to any deposit of current accounts and joint-name accounts (the "Eligible HKD Savings Account").
7. Interest is calculated with reference to daily balance, while the interest of Basic Savings Deposit Interest Rate will be paid according to BOCHK's prevailing practices for HKD Savings Account. The Interest Reward of Extra HKD Savings Deposit Interest Rate is calculated with reference to Daily Savings Deposit Balance Growth, which will be credited to Exclusive Offer Customers' valid BOCHK single-name HKD Savings Account on or before below dates. The interest amount is based on the records of BOCHK.

8. Exclusive Offer Customers must maintain a valid HKD savings account with BOCHK at the time when interest under the Offer is given, otherwise BOCHK has the right to forfeit the eligibility of the Offer without any prior notice.
9. The savings deposit interest rates listed above are for reference only. BOCHK reserves the final rights to amend the savings deposit interest rates.
10. If the Exclusive Offer Customer is entitled to this Offer in conjunction with other prevailing savings deposits promotion offer(s) and / or privilege(s), BOCHK reserves the rights to grant one or part of the entitled and/or privilege only to the Exclusive Offer Customers at its absolute discretion.
