Terms and Conditions for “FPS” transfer transactions:

1. The promotion period for “FPS” transaction starts from now until further notice.
2. During the promotion period, for HKD fund transfer with the amount not exceeding HKD100,000 made by corporate customers to any other local banks through FPS via iGTB NET/iGTB MOBILE, the handling fee is HKD 5 per transaction while for RMB fund transfer with the amount not exceeding RMB 100,000 made by corporate customers to any other local banks through FPS via iGTB NET/iGTB MOBILE, the handling fee is RMB 4 per transaction; for HKD fund transfer with the amount exceeding HKD100,000 made by corporate customers to any other local banks through FPS via iGTB NET/iGTB MOBILE, the handling fee is HKD 10 per transaction while for RMB fund transfer with the amount exceeding RMB 100,000 made by corporate customers to any other local banks through FPS via iGTB NET/iGTB MOBILE, the handling fee is RMB 8 per transaction.

Terms and Conditions for Payroll Promotion Offer:

1. The FPS payroll promotion period is from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (both dates inclusive).
2. The offer is applicable to the corporate customers who have not completed any BOCHK’s payroll transaction for past 12 months (counting from the last day of the last calendar month preceding the date of first successful payroll transaction completed via FPS on iGTB NET); and/or new corporate customers for BOCHK (“Selected Corporate Customers”).
3. Selected Corporate Customer is entitled to a 12-months waiver on payroll transaction fees if the customer successfully completed the first payroll transaction via iGTB NET (“Payroll Promotion”).
4. The waiver period of the Payroll Promotion shall be the 12-months period starting from the date on which the customer successfully completed the first payroll transaction during the promotion period. For example, if the customer completes the first payroll transaction on September 26, 2023, all payroll transaction fees incurred by the customer from September 26, 2023 to September 25, 2024 (both dates inclusive) will be waived.
5. Each Selected Corporate Customer is only entitled to the Payroll Promotion once.

2. Currently, corporate customers enjoy waiver on setup fee of iGTB NET and iGTB MOBILE and on transaction fee in respect of bill payment through FPS via iGTB NET and iGTB MOBILE. During the promotion period, corporate customers will continue to enjoy the abovementioned waiver.
