IPO Financing

The initial public offering ("IPO") of POP MART (#9992) begins from 1 December 2020 to 4 December 2020. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd ("BOCHK") will provide IPO financing to eligible customers with details as follows:

  1. Loan Ratio:A maximum of 90% of the total subscription amount
  2. Loan Amount:The maximum loan amount is around HK$290 million while the minimum is HK$100,000 for each customer
  3. Loan Interest Rate: 1.2% p.a (Please contact the Bank's staff for details.)

  7. Notes:

    1. The application period for IPO financing is for reference only and subject to change without prior notice. Bank of China(Hong Kong) Limited ("The Bank") reserves the right to approve or decline any IPO financing application at its absolute discretion.
    2. Customers shall pay a brokerage fee of 1% for IPO shares subscription, the transaction levy charged by the Securities and Futures Commission and the trading fee by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

    Remarks:

    • All fees and charges charged by the Bank in connection with the IPO shares subscription will not be refunded once IPO shares subscription is made through the Bank.
    • Application for IPO financing is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
    • Bank reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice to customers.
    • In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
    • In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
