General terms:
  • The above Pacific Coffee e-voucher is valid until November 1, 2024
  • The offer is subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the relevant promotion materials or contact Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited ("BOCHK") branch staff.
  • Eligible Securities Customers should redeem the Coupon on or before the expiry date which showed on SMS and used the coupon at Pacific Coffee stores within the expiry date showed on the Coupon. Otherwise, the Coupon will be forfeited.
  • Under any conditions (including during sending SMS), if the Coupon is failed to be delivered, stolen, lost, cannot deliver or expired, BOCHK shall not be liable and shall not reissue or replace any defaced or lost Coupon.
  • The Coupon cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for other gifts or redeemed for cash. The usage of Coupon is subject to relevant terms and conditions of the supplier (Pacific Coffee Company) of Coupon.
  • BOCHK is not the supplier of the Coupon. Any enquiry or complaint about such Coupon, please call Pacific Coffee hotline +852 8108 6500. BOCHK makes no guarantee to the Coupon or service of the suppliers and shall not be liable for any matters in relation to the use of Coupon or services.
