Terms and Conditions of Ticketing Offer for “Bank of China Hong Kong Tennis Open 2024”:

1.        The Purchasing Period for 25% discount offer on Ticket (the “Offer”) of “Bank of China Hong Kong Tennis Open 2024” (the “Activity”) runs from 18 October 2023 to 7 January 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Purchasing Period”).

2.        Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is only applicable to the below means of payment via HK Ticketing:

         i.            BOC Credit Cards, BOC Dual Currency Cards and BOC Co-branded Cards issued in Hong Kong bearing the BOC logo, excluding BOC Credit Cards issued in the mainland and Macau, USD Credit Cards, Private Label Cards and Intown Cards (the “Eligible Credit Cards”);

        ii.            BoC Pay mobile app: The customer may settle payments by successfully binding the BoC Pay mobile app with a BOC Dual Currency Card issued in Hong Kong bearing the BOC logo and/or Smart Account and/or Payment Account and/or Consumption Voucher Account (“BoC Pay”).

3.        A customer with an Eligible Credit Card and/or BoC Pay (the “Customer”) can purchase tickets via either one of the following channels:

i.               HK Ticketing Purchasing Hotline on (852) 31 288 288 (10:00am to 8:00pm daily) (the “Hotline”) or

ii.              HK Ticketing website www.hkticketing.com (from 10:00am on 18 October 2023 to 11:59pm on 7 January 2024) (the “Website”). The customer must follow the instructions and input promo code <BOC> on the Website and settle payment to enjoy the Offer. Hotline is not applicable to customers who settle payment via BoC Pay.

4.        The Offer is on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to admission ticket availability. Seat allocation is also on a first-come-first-served basis, depending on the booking date and time. Regardless of ticket price, each customer is allowed to book a maximum of 10 tickets. Once purchasing transaction is accepted, the total value of tickets booked and the related customer service fee (HK Ticketing applies a customer service fee of HK$15 per ticket) will be directly debited from the account of the Eligible Credit Card and/or BoC Pay, which must be valid and in good standing with enough credit limit and/or account limit (if applicable) to allow the purchasing process to proceed. Otherwise, the transaction will be invalid without any further notice.

5.        Customers who have successfully purchased the tickets via the Hotline or Website will receive their e-ticket(s) via email after the transaction.

6.        Tickets sold cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for refund.

7.        The event dates of the Activity will be determined by Hong Kong China Tennis Association (“The Organiser”). The Organiser reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Activity without any prior notice. If there is any dispute between Customers and the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right of final decision.

8.        The Organiser reserves the right to refund or reschedule due to cancellation or postponement of the Activity. Purchaser of any ticket shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of adverse weather conditions which result in not more than one hour's play on the day for which the ticket is valid. In such event, refund procedures will be posted on www.hkmenstennisopen.com within 48 hours. Refunds will only be given upon presentation of purchase record and e-tickets and will not apply to complimentary tickets.

9.        Ticket must be valid during admission. One person per ticket regardless of age except children aged under 2 who do not occupy a seat. Please keep the e-ticket properly.

10.     Customers are advised to read and abide by the terms and conditions before participating in the Activity. Customers are regarded as having accepted and agreed to all the terms and conditions by their participation.

11.     Offer will be verified with the transaction date and amount stored in Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) and / or BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (the “Company”). In case of discrepancy between BOCHK and/or the Company’s record and those kept by the Customer, BOCHK / the Company’s record shall prevail.

12.     The Activity will be arranged by the Organiser while the Purchasing Service is arranged by HK Ticketing. BOCHK / the Company accepts no liability for any matters (including quality and supply) in relation to the Activity provided by the Organiser and/or the service provided by HK Ticketing. Please contact the Organiser or HK Ticketing directly if there is any query on the ticket or the Activity.

13.     BOCHK and/or the Company are not the service provider of the Activity. Any enquiries, opinions, claims, complaints or disputes should be directed to the Organiser/HK Ticketing. BOCHK and/or the Company accept no liability for and shall not be responsible for the products and services (including but not limit to product quality and supply), and accept no liability arising in conjunction with the products and/or services provided. The Organiser is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to products and/or services.

14.     The Offer is subject to its respective terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the relevant promotion materials, or make enquiries to the staff of BOCHK and/or The Company and/or the Organiser and/or HK Ticketing.

15.     All information and images are for reference only.

16.     No ticket holder may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the Activity any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion) for any commercial or gambling purposes.

17.     For safety reasons, ticket holders may be requested to show bags and belongings for inspection upon entry.

18.     These terms and conditions of the programme are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

19.     No person other than the customers, the Organiser, HK Ticketing, BOCHK and/or the Company will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

20.     Usage of tickets will be bound by the sales terms of the Organiser and HK Ticketing. Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued or changed, and BOCHK and/or the Company, the Organiser and HK Ticketing do not accept any responsibility for such loss or damage. 

21.     BOCHK and/or the Company, the Organiser and HK Ticketing reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate this offer or amend its terms and conditions at their sole discretion and have the right of final decision.

22.     Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

BoC Pay Exclusive Offer Terms and Conditions:

1.     BoC Pay Exclusive offer (the "Promotion") runs from 31 December 2023 to 7 January 2024, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").

2.     During the promotion period, Customers can enjoy an instant discount of HK$10 upon single net spending of HK$50 (the “offer”) via BoC Pay at designated merchants (the “Participating Merchants”) in the venue holding the Hong Kong Tennis Open.

3.     The promotion of the Participating Merchants are as follows: HKCTA, Lotto, Shamrock Catering

4.     Each customer can only enjoy the offer maximum once during the entire promotion period.

5.     The Offer is applicable to QR Code payments made with the BoC Pay mobile app via UnionPay network. Transactions must be made through the UnionPay network during promotion period to enjoy offers. The customer must successfully bind the BoC Pay mobile app with a BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card issued in Hong Kong bearing the logo and/or Smart Account and/or Payment Account and/or register Consumption Voucher Account (the“BoC Pay”).

6.     Customers must state the intention to settle payment via BoC Pay and present the payment code in BoC Pay to cashier before payment successfully paid through the UnionPay network to enjoy the Offer.

7.     Offer are available in a quota cap of 10,000 on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.

8.     Offers are based on net single spending and not eligible for any split transactions.

9.     Any cancelled / refunded / falsified / unposted / split transactions / unauthorized transactions are not counted as eligible transactions. The offer will be cancelled or refunded in all ineligible transactions. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited ("BOCHK") and / or BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the "Card Company") reserve the right to debit the relevant Credit Card / Smart Account/ Payment account/ Consumption Voucher Account with the amount equivalent to the value of the Offer without prior notice to the customer.

10.   Customers are responsible for the data charges of using and / or downloading BOCHK Mobile Application imposed by their service providers.

11.   Please download the BoC Pay mobile app from official application stores or the BOCHK website, and ensure the search wording ("BoC Pay"). iPhone users may download the BoC Pay via the App Store; Android users may download BoC Pay via Google Play, HUAWEI AppGallery or BOCHK website.

12.   By using the BOCHK Mobile Application, the customer agrees to be bound by the contents of the relevant disclaimer and privacy policy posted on the BOCHK Mobile Application and which may be updated by BOCHK from time to time. 16.   No person other than the cardholders, BOCHK and / or the Card Company will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

17.   BOCHK and / or the Card Company are not the suppliers of the Merchant. Relevant products and / or services are provided by the Merchant. Any enquiries or disputes relating to the goods and the services should be directed to the Merchant. BOCHK and / or the Card Company and / or UnionPay International accept no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods, products and services provided by the Merchant. 18.   BOCHK and / or the Card Company and / or the Merchant reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

19.   In case of any disputes, the decision of BOCHK and / or the Card Company and / or the Merchant shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.

20.   Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
