6. A “Single Net Spending” refers to a single order transaction after all applicable deductions are made. The amount of a Single Net Spending excludes any value deducted through the redemption with Clubpoints for rewards and/or the use of the “Spend Less with Clubpoints” function and/or The Club Cash Voucher, and excludes any unposted / falsified / invalid / cancelled / refunded and/or returned purchases. Split transactions will not be aggregated for the purpose of calculating the Single Net Spending amount.

7. No Clubpoints will be awarded to The Club Member in connection with the order transaction that The Club Member receives the discount through this Offer. The discount received through this Offer is non-transferable.

8.
