2.The Interest-free Purchase Instalment Program varies from 3 months to 24 months for the above participating merchant list.
3.The program applies only to selected items and card types, and is subject to a minimum transaction value requirement. Please enquire with the respective merchants directly for prevailing details. To enjoy the offer, cardholder may complete and sign an "Interest-Free Instalment Direct Debit Authorization Form" (if applicable) and will be bound by the terms and conditions of the BOC Credit Card Instalment plan and the latest updates of relevant terms and conditions.
4.Offer details and validity of merchant "Interest-Free Purchase Instalment Program" may vary; please enquire with the respective merchants directly for prevailing details.
5.BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (“The Company”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the food, products and services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the food, products and services on offer.
6.The Company and the Merchant each reserves its right to suspend, change, or terminate the offers or amend the offer terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
7.All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company and the Merchant.
