BOCHK and/or The Company has not reviewed or verified the information in the third parties’ Mobile Applications or any materials, products or services or privacy practices posted or offered therein or thereat and shall not be under any circumstances be held liable for any loss (whether in negligible or otherwise) whatsoever or howsoever that customers may sustain arising from the use of any information, materials, products, services, or privacy practices posted or offered by the third parties’ Mobile Applications. BOCHK / The Company does not or does not mean to endorse or recommend any information, materials products or services posted or offered at the third parties’ Mobile Applications. Not shall the Company be liable for any inaccuracy or failure of any information, materials, products or services posted or offered at the third parties’ Mobile Applications. 11. Customers are responsible for the data charges of using the BOCHK Mobile Application or Mobile Banking or Merchants’ Mobile Application or website imposed by their service provider.

13. In case of any disputes, The Company, Mastercard, Visa and the Merchants reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel this promotion or revise its terms and conditions at their discretion, and reserve the right of final decision on all matters and disputes.
14. No person other than the Customer and/or BOCHK and/or the Company will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
15. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Travelpop Offer Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion is valid from now till 31 December 2022 (the “Travelpop Promotion Period”).
2. During the Travelpop Promotion Period, a customer with a BOC Visa card can enjoy 8% off by applying the promo code “VISATPT8” at Travelpop official website before checkout.
3. Offer only applies to delivery service in Hong Kong.
