Have Fun Across Hong Kong Spending Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion runs from 1 January to 30 June 2022 (both dates inclusive and based on the transaction date) (the “Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion is only applicable to BOC Visa Credit Cards issued in Hong Kong bearing the BOC logo  (“Eligible Credit Cards”), but not applicable to BOC Credit Cards issued in the mainland and Macau, USD Credit Cards, Private Label Cards, Purchasing Cards and Intown Cards.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion only applies to designated shops in The Mira Hong Kong, Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel, Ocean Park and MCL Cinemas (the “Merchant”).
5. Promotion dates and business hours of the Merchants are subjected to change in accordance with the Hong Kong government’s anti-pandemic measures.
6. In addition to the terms and conditions contained in the promotional materials, the Promotion is also subject to other terms and conditions of Visa. Inc (“Visa”) and the Merchants. For details, please visit visa.com.hk or check with the Merchants.
7. In case of any disputes, BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (the “Company”), Visa and the Merchants reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel this promotion or revise its terms and conditions at their discretion, and reserve the right of final decision on all matters and disputes.
8. No person other than the Customer and/or the Company will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
9.  The Company accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods, products and services provided by the Merchants. The Merchants and are responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the goods, products and services.
10. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
“Up to 5% Cash Rebate” Terms and Conditions:
1. The registration period of the “Up to 5% Cash Rebate” Promotion runs from 10:00 on 1 January to 23:59 on 30 June 2022 (the “Registration Period”). To participate in the Promotion, customer must enter the correct information of his/her Eligible Credit Card and register via the BOCHK website of the Promotion (www.bochk.com/s/a/visa_fun_en), BOCHK Mobile Application, BoC Pay mobile application or BOCHK Credit Card Official WeChat Account (WeChat ID: BOCHK_CC) once during the Registration Period (the “Registration”). The Registration reference number will be announced when the Registration is successful. The Promotion is only applicable to the first 10,000 successfully registered customers (the “Eligible Customers”). The Registration quota is calculated based on the computer record of the Company and is on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Eligible Customers who settle payments with Eligible Credit Cards with an accumulated spending of HK$2,000 or above (the “Eligible Transaction”) during the promotional period at the following designated shops can enjoy up to 5% cash rebate.

3. There is a maximum cap on the cash rebate per Eligible Customer (based on the number of identification proof documents). Each Eligible Customer can earn a maximum of HK$200 cash rebate throughout the Promotion Period. The relevant amount of cash rebate shall be calculated based on the Eligible Transactions made by customer (All Eligible Credit Card accounts under the same number of identification proof document) shall be combined for the calculation of the entitled cash rebate during the Promotion Period. The total awarded cash rebate shall be rounded to the nearest dollar.
4. Eligible Customers who make transactions at the Merchants with Eligible Credit Cards, either with the physical Applicable Credit Card or by means of mobile payment (including Apple Pay/ Google Pay/ Huawei Pay/ Samsung Pay) will be deemed to have made Eligible Transactions. E-wallet transactions (including but not limited to AlipayHK and WeChat Pay) and all other transactions without point-of-sale terminal printed or electronic sales slips are excluded. Only retail transactions with electronic sales slips showing the net spending amount will be calculated towards eligible spending. Net retail spending does not include the amount deducted by discount, usage of gift certificates and amount of gift certificates redeemed with the conversion of Reward Gift Points. Any fraudulent, unauthorised, unposted, cancelled or refunded transaction will not be deemed as Eligible Transactions.
5. The cash rebate will be credited to the Eligible Credit Card account on or before 30 September 2022 upon verification of the eligible transaction records and will be posted in the September or October 2022 monthly statement of the Eligible Customer.
6. An Eligible Customer who holds more than one Eligible Credit Card account can register only once with any one of his/her Eligible Credit Cards. No cash rebate will be awarded if the cardholder registers/spends with any card other than an Eligible Credit Card. The cash rebate will be automatically credited to the first registered main card account. During the Entire Promotion Period and up to the time the cash rebate has been awarded, if the registered credit card has been converted or upgraded, the cash rebate will be credited to the new card account.
7. Registration and Eligible Transactions made with a supplementary card will be combined with those from the main card to calculate towards the cash rebate. All Eligible Credit Card accounts of the cardholder will be automatically combined for the calculation of the entitled cash rebate.
8. Once the Registration has been completed, the information provided will be recorded and cannot be cancelled, altered or changed. The Registration record announced via the Registration system is only for reference and cannot be taken as confirmation of the final result. The Company will determine the eligibility of each transaction by matching the cardholder transaction records held by the Company and the relevant data provided. If the information from the customer differs from those of the Company records, the latter shall be final and conclusive.
9. The “Up to 5% Cash Rebate” is only applicable to spending transactions with sales slips/electronic payment slips. Customers must retain all original transaction sales slips for reference. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to request the customer to provide the original transaction sales slip(s) and/or such further documentation or evidence for verification at any time during or after the Promotion. All sales slips and/or such further documentation submitted to the Company will not be returned.
10. An Eligible Customer whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing during the Entire Promotion Period and up to the time the cash rebate has been awarded will be eligible for the Promotion and the cash rebate. In the event of termination of the credit card account, violation of the Card User Agreement or forfeiture of the cash rebate during the Promotion and up to the time the cash rebate has been awarded, the cash rebate will be cancelled automatically forthwith.
11. The cash rebate cannot be refunded, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash or other gift items. Cash rebate can only be used to offset retail spending after the cash rebate has been awarded and cannot be used to offset any cash advances, finance charges or outstanding balance incurred before the cash rebate was awarded.
12. Any fraud or abuse will result in the forfeiture of an Eligible Customer’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Should a transaction be cancelled after the cash rebate have being awarded, the eligibility will be forfeited. The Company reserves the right to take legal action in such instances.
“The Mira Hong Kong Promotion” Terms and Conditions:
1. The Stay Period of “The Mira Hong Kong Promotion” is from 4 January to 30 June 2022(the “Stay Period”).The Promotion is not applicable during the following blackout dates (Additional blackout dates may apply): 14-17 & 30 April;  1-2, 7-9 May; 2-3, 18-19, 30 June 2022.
2. During the Promotion Period, customers can book staycation packages at the Mira Hong Kong (the “Merchant”) at a special price of HK$1,080 per night (a surcharge of HK$250 will be charged for stays on Fridays and Saturdays) with an Eligible Credit Card. The staycation package includes staying in City Room, complimentary daily breakfast for two and HK$ 500 dining credit for room bookings per stay. 3. All booking must be made at least 3 days in advance.
4. Customers are limited to reserve one room per night with the above special rate.

“The Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel and Dinging Promotion” Terms and Conditions:
1. The Stay Period of The Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel Promotion is from 1 January to 31 August 2022.
2. During the promotion period, customers can book staycation packages at The Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel (the “Merchant”) with an eligible credit card. “MCL Cinemas Promotion” Terms and Conditions:
1. During the Promotion Period, customers with an eligible credit card can enjoy ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ offer on the purchase of regular-priced 2D ticket of the same show on Monday to Friday and 20% off offer on the purchase of regular-priced 2D ticket of the shows on Saturday, Sunday, and selected public holidays (the “Offer”) via MCL Cinemas website (www.mclcinema.com), MCL Cinemas mobile application or at box office of all MCL Cinemas.
2. The offer is subject to limited quotas and available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Quotas are commencing from every Monday 6 a.m. and ending on the following Monday at 5 a.m., based on the transaction time and under MCL Cinemas ticketing system shall prevail.
3. Each customer is limited to redeem the ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ offer and the 20% off offer once per day and subject to a maximum of buy-5-get-5-free regular-priced 2D tickets of the same show on Monday to Friday and a maximum of 10 regular-priced 2D tickets on Saturday, Sunday, and selected public holidays for each transaction.
