Cardholders are required to settle payment with a BOC UPI Dual Currency Commercial Platinum Card and accumulate retail spending of HK$3,000 or above in no more than two separate transactions ("Eligible Transactions") (transactions performed in HKD or CNY will all be combined for calculation of the Eligible Transaction amount whilst every CNY1 spent will be treated as HK$1 spend) and service appointment must be made within 30 days from the transaction date. Every qualified spending of HK$3,000 will be entitled to the service once. Service appointment can only be made at least 5 working days but not more than 60 days in advance. To enjoy the service, cardholders must provide proof of Eligible Transaction(s) such as the related transaction sale slip(s) etc. No reservation will be accepted unless proof of Eligible Transaction(s) is available.
