BOCHK fully supports Hong Kong to develop into an international innovation and technology (“I&T”) hub. To support I&T enterprises' financial needs for business development and talent nurturing, BOCHK offers “I&T and Talent Financing Incentive Scheme" under which eligible corporate customers can enjoy loan handling fee waiver.

In case of any dispute, the decision of BOCHK shall be final.
2)BOCHK reserves the right to approve and reject the loan application at its absolute discretion. The actual loan amount, interest rate, handling fee, handling fee waiver and applicable terms and conditions are subject to BOCHK final approval.
3)The promotion period is until 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
4)There is a maximum loan handling fee waiver for the promotion. Each corporate customer can enjoy a maximum of HK$50,000 loan handling fee waiver.
5)The final approved amount of loan handling fee waiver is subject to the circumstances of individual corporate customer. BOCHK reserves the right to determine the final loan handling fee amount.
6)Corporate customer is required to enter the promotion code “TECH” during application in order to enjoy the offer.
7)Corporate customer shall provide BOCHK with the proof of their business with I&T element, including but not limited to operation record, business certificate, etc.
8)The offer will be deducted from the loan handling fee.
9)In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
