Laisee gifting is an important Chinese New Year custom. BOCHK specially arranges New Banknotes or "Good-as-new Notes" Reservation Service starting from 7 January 2025. Customers can make a reservation through BOCHK website or Mobile Banking without queuing up, only by a few clicks of the buttons.

We now provide a total of HKD3,000 in "Standard New Banknotes Package" (including 100 pieces of HKD20 and 20 pieces of HKD50 new banknotes) to meet the needs of different customers. Customers can choose the date, time and place according to their personal needs, make an appointment and then exchange the new banknote. Save time and easy to prepare for the coming Lunar New Year.

Friendly reminder: Each mobile phone no. can only make one reservation. Reservations are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
