• These offers come into effect from 19 July 2010.
• These offers are only applicable to Wealth Management customers of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank").

Cross-border Account-opening Documents Attestation Service offer

• The coupon offer is only applicable to Wealth Management customers of the Bank. To be eligible for the HK$100 Sogo coupon (the "Coupon"), Wealth Management customers must use the Cross-border Account-opening Documents Attestation Service to open an account with designated bank during the period of 13 May 2010 and 31 December 2010.
• Each Wealth Management customer can only enjoy the Coupon offer once.
• The Coupons are available while stock lasts.
• The Coupons or the Coupon redemption letter will be mailed to the Wealth Management customers within 3 months from the date of account opening.
• This offer is not applicable to the staff of the Bank.
• If the customers ceased to use the Wealth Management Service before the issuance of the Coupon or the Coupon redemption letter, the Coupon offer will be forfeited.
• The Coupons cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Coupons are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Coupon supplier. The Bank is not the supplier of the Coupons. If the customers have any enquiry or compliant regarding the products or services of the Coupon supplier, the customers should contact the Coupon supplier directly. The Bank accepts no liability for the quality of products and services provided by the Coupon supplier.

Investment funds offer

• For the fund(s) denominated in foreign currency(ies), the subscription amount will be calculated based on real-time exchange rate against Hong Kong Dollar quoted by the Bank at the time of transaction.
• This offer is only applicable to customers who have subscribed investment funds in a lump sum via our branches which provide investment services or Internet Banking.
• This offer is not applicable to the subscription of Money Market Funds, funds without subscription fee and Monthly Funds Savings Plan.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other investment fund service promotional offers.
• In case of discrepancy(ies) between the Chinese and English versions of this promotional material, the Chinese version shall prevail.
