• Flexible Account Management Service does not support withdrawal of RMB.
• When you withdraw any amount in Hong Kong Dollars or other local currencies or make any purchase outside the Mainland using the BOC Wealth Express Card issued by BOCHK via the ATM of BOCHK, Nanyang Commercial Bank, Chiyu Bank and via CUP ATM terminals without the logo and/or make purchase via EPS terminals/ CUP POS terminals and the Flexible Account Management Service is activated due to the insufficiency of funds, owing to restrictions prescribed by the network service provider, the standard receipt generated from ATM or EPS terminals/ CUP POS terminals can only display as follows even though the actual transaction amount is to be debited from the BOC Shenzhen Branch Account:
  • - Cash withdrawal
    1. When you withdraw any amount from the ATM of BOCHK, Nanyang Commercial Bank or Chiyu Bank, the account number of the account actually debited in respect of your transaction will be displayed.
    2. When you use the ATM network of the CUP, the number of your BOC Wealth Express Card will be displayed.
  • - Purchase
    1. When you use the CUP POS terminals, the number of the BOC Wealth Express Card will be displayed.
    2. When you use the EPS terminals, the number of the BOC Wealth Express Card and the account number of the account actually debited in respect of your transaction will be displayed.
• The transaction amount will be converted to local currencies with the convention rate quoted by BOC Shenzhen Branch.
• When you withdraw any amount in Renmenbi or make any purchase in the Mainland using the BOC Wealth Express Card issued by BOCHK and the Flexible Account Management Service is activated due to insufficiency of funds, owing to restrictions prescribed by the network service provider, the standard receipt generated from ATM or / CUP POS terminals can only display the number of your BOC Wealth Express Card but not the actual debit account, though the actual debit account for the transaction shall be the BOC Wealth Express Account maintained with BOCHK.
