Employee Health and Safety

We value the health and safety of staff and have established the Occupational Safety and Health Management Policy to ensure the health and safety of all employees. Relevant training courses are organized on an ongoing basis, including basic fire prevention courses, antirobbery and evacuation drills, occupational health and safety seminars and talks, and first-aid certification courses. We also pay attention to the physical and mental well-being of our staff and regularly organised various recreational activities to maintain our employees’physical and mental health, as well as to build staff cohesion and motivation.

Cultivating a Strong Corporate Culture

Through lectures, training, workshops, contests, online courses and expert interviews, we enhanced the cultivation of our corporate culture with the aim of motivating employees to practise our corporate values and strengthen team cohesion.
