Bill Payment

  • You can settle bill payment with over 850 merchants including utilities bills, government bills, tax payment or Credit Card payment anytime through our Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.
  • You can pre-set bill payment instructions for up to 45 days, and you can set up regular bill payment instructions to settle your bills automatically on the specified date every month.
  • Successfully paid bills will be automatically displayed under "My Bill List", enabling you to pay such bills in the future.
  • If your payment instruction cannot be processed, you will be notified by email or SMS.
  • You can receive electronic bills from various merchants by registering for "e-Bill" Service under "My Bill List". To avoid missing or overdue payments, you can set up "e-Bill" email alert to receive email notification of new e-Bills.


Setting up "Direct Debit Authorisation" (DDA)

  • To set up, amend or cancel the DDA instruction, simply login to your personal Internet Banking or submit the completed DDA form to any branches of BOCHK. DDA instruction set up through personal Internet Banking is free of charge.
  • Money will be transferred regularly from your designated BOCHK account to specified merchant(s) or organisation(s) upon setting up a DDA instruction. Bill payment has never been easier. Moreover, you can set the maximum transaction limit and the expiry date for each DDA instruction.
  • You can review the valid DDA instructions and payment records anytime through Personal Internet Banking.
