*You are required to confirm ”e-Cheques Services Customer Terms and Conditions”for the first time you use such services.
^You may email the e-Cheque together with additional information to the beneficiary via Internet Banking, or download the e-Cheque and send to the beneficiary via other secured electronic means.
Cross-Boundary e-Cheques Services
- BOCHK customers can now issue HKD, USD, and RMB e-Cheques via Internet Banking, and then deposit online with banks in Guangdong province (including Shenzhen) via the online portal respectively
- The actual fund available time of the deposited e-Cheques is subject to any compliance checking that needs to be conducted by the banks in Guangdong province (including Shenzhen)
- Services involving cross-border flow of RMB funds are subject to the regulations and requirements of the mainland
