(Senior) Project Manager
 
Responsibilities:
 
Responsible for design and develop innovative digital services
Participate in product optimization, enhancement and maintenance
Work closely with IT and other business units for projects
Develop detailed project plans and manage projects under tight timelines
Requirements:
 
Degree holder or above with major in IT, Finance or related field
Minimum 3 years’ work experience with Internet product design, experience gained from Internet or mobile payment company and non-financial institution is also fine
Familiar with digital service, consumer finance, payment services with practical experience
Innovative thinking, good at designing products that change the ecology of the industry
Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodologies
Familiar with banking systems
Sound knowledge in the regulatory requirements in banking is a plus
Excellent communication skill and teamwork
Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight timelines
Proactive, strong analytical mind, good problem-solving and multi-tasking skill
   
 
 
Senior Manager, Card Issuing
 
Responsibilities:
 
Lead the team for managing and growing the portfolio of credit card through effective customer acquisition and product development strategies
Formulate & implement effective business strategies and programs to grow the profitability of credit cards and achieve the assigned business targets
Maximize the cross-selling opportunities to raise the card penetration in banking customers via various product bundling and joint promotion programs
Provide insightful analysis via market research and customer behaviors to facilitate effective recommendations for product enhancement so as to increase market competiveness
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
 
Degree holder or above in related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in banking/card industry
Strong business acumen with excellent management and problem solving skills
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills
   
 
 
Credit Risk Manager, Credit Decision System
 
Responsibilities:
 
As the primary credit decision system manager to ensure policies/ credit criteria and parameters are accurately and effectively implemented into the system
Assist in policy formulation and design the policy implementation details related to credit decision system
Formulate system test plan and participate in the preparation & execution of User Acceptance Test for various projects/ credit policies enhancements
Liaise with different stakeholders and work on various product development projects
Identify and design credit risk and portfolio MIS reports to ensure sound risk control and comply with internal & external regulatory requirement
Requirements:
 
Degree holder, preferably in Credit Risk Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Mining or relevant quantitative disciplines
Minimum 4 years’relevant working experience, preferably in banking/financial industry and with good knowledge of credit card products
Experience in system projects including collecting user requirements, preparing test plan and performing UAT
Experience in credit approval and implementation & maintenance of credit decision engine definitely an advantage
Strong self-motivation, detail-minded, able to deliver under pressure, good communication and analytical skills
Strong data analysis skills such as SAS tools or good knowledge of computer programming is preferred
   
 
 
Contract Credit Clerk (1-year renewable)
 
Responsibilities:
 
To screen unsecured card or loan applications and follow up supporting documents with customers
To provide support in checking the applications to ensure they meet the credit approval requirements
To perform general clerical duties including data input, data verify, filling, scanning etc.
To ensure approval service turnaround time being within the guideline
To conduct telephone verification
Willing to work overtime
Requirements:
 
Form 5 or above
Proficient in English & Chinese word processing
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, knowledge and experience in credit card products is an advantage
Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills and detail-mind
Proficient in Chinese typing is preferred

Card Marketing Manager, Usage Team
 
Responsibilities:
 
Develop effective strategies and marketing propositions for BOC Credit Card to drive main card usage and build loyalty
Plan, design and implement card utilization / retention promotion programs to achieve business targets and build awareness
Liaise with various renowned parties and organizations to provide special privileges and value-added services to the cardholders
Work closely with internal parties to facilitate smooth execution of marketing programs
Responsible for the strategic marketing management function of card products and services
Requirements:
 
Degree holder or above
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ solid marketing experience in credit card business and marketing communication management
Experience in managing partner relationships and external vendors/agencies a must.
Knowledge in overseas market of credit card business will be an advantage
Business minded with excellent project management skills

Marketing Manager, Loyalty Program
 
Responsibilities:
 
Play a key part in maintaining customer loyalty and to drive their continuous engagement with our credit card / payment business
Lead and own the Rewards Programs. Analyze internal data and exam external lifestyle trends from time to time to create a competitive edge for the program
Conduct periodic points-earning promotions, design and procure superior redemption items for the catalogue
Preparation of marketing collaterals including client communication materials, frequently asked question and the final output of offering document for fulfillment of product launch, collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programs
Responsible for formulating, planning development and implementation of Rewards policies and programs for the Company
Monitor program progress / effectiveness and conduct post-program evaluation for future improvement
Requirements:
 
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in loyalty programs, wallet payments or digital products with management level. Exposure in bank environment will have added advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication especially written skill and influencing skills to interact with senior management and subordinates, internal and external stakeholders at all level
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

Responsibilities:
 
Focus on Digital Payment marketing, identify potential business opportunities and generate new revenue for this business
Facilitate Merchant Business Team and SME Banking to cross-sell integrated payment solutions to build and expand portfolio of merchant clients
Lead the team in developing innovative product and go-to-market strategies on digital payment, supporting products and services ideas and directions

Responsibilities:
 
Prepare business report, budget, forecast and analysis
Assist to compile regulatory returns and company financial reports

Requirements:
 
Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in banking/financial industry
Familiar with consumer finance and acquiring business preferred

Responsibilities:
 
Implement regional credit card business strategies and tactical plans
Collaborate and co-ordinate with related internal and external parties in order to formulate the business plans in the aspects of product design & pricing, marketing strategies, financial & risk control and channel management
Assist supervisor to act as the project owner to closely monitor the implementation progress and planned initiatives
Identify areas of improvements by critical thinking with analytical support
Requirements:
 
Major in Finance, Economics and Business Administration related
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Credit Card Business or Commercial Banking is a definite advantage
Tough-minded, highly flexible and good drive to challenges
Independent and able to manage multiple tasks & meet with tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
 
Assist the Team Head to manage the team to provide data analysis at company level
Perform data mining and analysis to identify new business opportunities, facilitate pricing and optimize the profitability of the business
Design, prepare and review reports on business performance analysis
Provide MIS support on promotional/marketing activities and portfolio management
Manage , maintain and modify the corporate data warehouse to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness
Work closely with various business units on the needs of data analysis
Perform ad hoc analysis on large/diverse datasets by using various tools and techniques
Requirements:
 
Degree holder in Business Administration, Statistics, Information System or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ experience in SQL, SAS Programming or other related database programming
