Open New Account (New Customer)

1Scan your HKID and verify the information
2Input mobile number, and confirm with SMS OTP
3Setup your Internet Banking user name, password and provide email address
4Fill in the personal information after understanding and confirming the T&C
5Setup BOC Card password
6Select e-Statement language
7Confirm the filled information and indicate the preference on receipt of direct marketing materials
8Carry out facial recognition
9After the Virtual Teller Agent completes the identity verification process, you can record your signature and complete the account opening process

Account Opening for Existing Customer

1Verify identity using BOC Card or HKID
2Select HKD Saving / Foreign Currency Saving account
3Fill in the information
4Confirm the information and complete the account opening process

Intra-bank Transfer

1Verify identity using BOC Card or HKID
2Select transfer to personal account or other BOCHK account
3Select withdrawal account, deposit account (or input the deposit account number directly) and input the transfer amount
4Confirm the details and complete the transaction
5Remark: If the transfer amount to other BOCHK account is more than $50,000 (HKD equivalent), SMS OTP verification is required

Replacement of ATM Card

1Select the reason of replacement (if the reason is “Lost”, please contact BOC Card hotline to report lost)
2Verify identity using HKID
3Confirm the details and complete the transaction

Personal Info Update

1Verify identity using BOC Card or HKID
2Select update (1) email address, (2) address or (3) other information
3Fill in the information, indicate or change the preference on receipt of direct marketing materials (if preferred)
4Confirm the information and complete the update
5Remark: If this is the first time registering your email address, SMS OTP verification is required

Reset Internet Banking / Phone Banking Password

1Verify identity using BOC Card or HKID
2Select to reset “Internet/Mobile Banking” / “Phone Banking” password
3Input new password and then confirm

Place Time Deposit

1Verify identity using BOC Card or HKID
2Input time deposit amount and period, or select time deposit plan based on the product name
3Select withdrawal currency and withdrawal account
4Select maturity instruction and deposit account
5Confirm details and complete transaction

Currency Exchange

1Verify identity using BOC Card or HKID
2Select exchange to personal account or other BOCHK account
3Select withdrawal account, deposit account (or input the deposit account number directly), currency and input the exchange amount
4Confirm details and complete the transaction

Upgrade Integrated Banking Service

2Select service to be upgraded and read the service introduction
