How to order FX banknotes via BOCHK Internet Banking:

Step 1:
Logon and select “Banking”>“ Currency Exchange”>“Banknotes Reservation”

Step 2:
Select “District”, “Pick Up Branch” and “Currency”, enter the Amount, then press “Submit” to complete the reservation
