Now you can register FPS with your HKID number to receive payments and transfers from the HKSAR Government, institutions or corporates. 

Faster Payment System (FPS) allows you make free real-time interbank local transfers in HKD or RMB using mobile number, email address, FPS ID or QR code with no handling fee. And you don’t even need their bank account details.
