Remarks: 

This Promotion is only applicable to the first 50,000 successfully registered Eligible Customers (counted by the Identification Document Number) during the registration period and is on a first-come-first-served basis. 

1. "Eligible Transaction" refers to the following transactions with a single net spending transaction amount of HK$500 or above (counted by the posted amount of the transaction) made with an Eligible Credit Card during the Entire Promotion Period (the "Eligible Transaction"). For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions.

(i) Local, online or overseas retail spending, excluding any transactions made via AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK, or at physical stores/online stores of respective designated merchants with spending privileges kick-started by the Company during the entire Promotion Period (including but not limited to the“Exclusive Privileges at PARKnSHOP” Promotion (Jan – Feb), "Up to 15% Cash Rebate at SOGO"  Promotion (Jan – Feb) & (Apr - Jul) and“Wilson Shopping Privileges (Mar – Apr)”; the Company will state in those physical stores/online stores with the spending promotions regarding the classification of such related spending to be ineligible transactions for the Promotion), Instant Rewards transactions, Cash Before Cash amounts, balance transfer amounts, autopay transactions, Octopus Add Value /Automatic Add Value transactions, instalment transactions (including but not limited to cash instalments, statement instalments, online bill payment instalments and monthly payments of merchant interest-free instalments), annual fees, finance charges, arrangement fees, payments for public utilities/bill payments (including but not limited to payments for tax, telecommunication, membership fees, educational institution fees/tuition fees or utilities bills), transactions via online payment systems to designated merchants (including but not limited to PayPal or Alipay), purchases and/or reloads of stored value cards or e-wallets, product/service transactions at financial/non-financial institutions (including but not limited to deposits, purchases of foreign currency, money transfers, speculation transactions, insurance transactions and mutual fund payments), casino and gambling transactions, transactions on charity donations and non-profit organisations, and any unauthorised transactions, or;

 (ii) Bill payment transactions made via BOCHK Personal Internet Banking/Mobile Banking, excluding those made to payees such as the Inland Revenue Department, Banking and Credit Card Services, Credit Services, Securities Broker and Loan Repayment (including but not limited to transactions under the bill type of Policy Loan Repayment), and those transactions made via Direct Debit Authorisation and Bill Payment by installment.

2. Each Eligible Customer (counted by the Identification Document Number) who uses a designated Eligible Credit Card to make Eligible Transactions, can enjoy up to HK$1,400 Cash Rebate during the Entire Promotion Period:

(i)"Monthly Reward": an Eligible Customer can enjoy a HK$150 Cash Rebate for accumulating Eligible Transactions of HK$6,000 or above with any Eligible Credit Card in any calendar month during the Promotion Period; each Eligible Customer can enjoy a maximum of HK$450 Cash Rebate during the entire Promotion Period. 

(ii)"Extra Reward": each Eligible customer who accumulates designated Eligible Transactions with designated Eligible Credit Card during the entire Promotion Period can enjoy up to extra HK$950 Cash Rebate:

- Enjoy extra HK$950 Cash Rebate upon accumulated Eligible Transactions of HK$40,000 or above with BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card 

- Enjoy extra HK$450 Cash Rebate upon accumulated Eligible Transactions of HK$40,000 or above with any other Eligible Credit Card 

3. "BoC Pay Limited Reward": Eligible Customers who successfully bound their BoC Pay with BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card and accumulate retail spending of HK$600 in any of the calendar months during the Promotion Period can receive a HK$30 BoC Pay Merchant e-Coupon. Eligible Customer can receive a maximum of HK$90 BoC Pay Merchant e-Coupons  during the entire Promotion Period. For coupon usage, please refer to the terms & conditions.
