The longer the food is stored, the more nutrition it loses. Only fresh and non-processed products such as whole grain foods, retain their whole portfolios of nutrients. Eating raw or using the least cooking time possible is recommended with no exception for organic produce, including organic fruit and vegetables. In addition, we should eat more foods with abundance of minerals and vitamins C, A and E. Organic clothing products are becoming chic, especially those made of organic cotton and bamboo fiber materials. For the organic materials, no pesticides, bleaches or other harmful chemicals are used in planting, processing and manufacturing. When washing these clothes, you can consider using eco-friendly laundry ball instead of detergent powder. The laundry ball releases no chemicals during use. It is conducive to reducing pollution, and the shortened washing time also saves water and electricity power. Morever, the laundry ball causes no colour-fading or textural damage, extending the durability of clothes.



In the market, skin care products with claims of natural and organic ingredients usually have certified labels. Some products also list the certified elements or the certification authorities. For instance, some products from the United States carry the label of USDA or Made with Certified Organic Ingredients. Nevertheless, different products are made with varied ingredients and formulas. A brand featuring organic markings does not necessarily mean that all its lines of products are organic. When making purchases, make sure you read the package labels first.
