4Select a Credit Card Type, then click "Apply Now" and complete to fill in the basic information

1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select "Menu"
2Select "Octopus Auto Add Value Service" under "Credit Card"
3Select a credit card
4Enter an Octopus Number
5Enter a Mobile Number
6Select the Automatic Reload Amount and press "Continue" 
7After checking the information correctly and press "Agree and Confirm"
