To mark the 100th anniversary of Bank of China, our Parent Bank in 2012, we assembled a contemporary art collection to usher in the auspicious Year of the Dragon. For the collection we commissioned and invited a number of local and foreign artists based in Hong Kong to create a unique piece for us. Blending sophisticated contemporary western art forms and techniques with more traditional Chinese art has resulted in an innovative and unique reinterpretation of Chinese tradition.
