  1. BOC Dual Currency Card Cardholders (both the main cardholder and additional cardholders).
  2. BOCHK bank account customers who meet the following eligibility criteria for Smart Account registration can register for the service.
  3. Non-BOCHK customers who meet the following eligibility criteria for Payment Account registration can register for the service:
