4. After completing the registration, how can I add new credit card(s) and Smart / Payment Account to, or remove the bound credit card(s) and Smart Account from BoC Pay?

If you do not have a BOCHK bank account and a BOC credit card, you can enjoy various services on BoC Pay by opening a Payment Account. The steps are as follows:

  1. To bind a credit card, Smart / Payment Account, select "My Account" on the upper-right corner of the Home page (or enter via the Menu). Then tap "Bind/Activate" on the upper-right corner. To activate and/or bind a credit card, select "Bind your BOC UnionPay Credit Card". To open and/or bind a Smart Account, select "Bind your BOCHK Bank Account". To open a Payment Account, select "Open a New Payment Account". Follow the instructions to complete the process.
  2. To remove your credit card(s) or Smart Account, select "My Account" on the upper-right corner of the Home page (or enter via the Menu). Select the credit card or Smart Account that you would like to unbind and click "Manage". Tap "…" on the upper-right corner and select "Unbind". The credit card(s) or Smart Account will be unbound after authentication.
  3. For assistance with your credit card(s), contact the BOC Credit Card Customer Services Hotline on (852) 2853 8828. For assistance with your Smart / Payment Account, contact the BOCHK Personal Customer Service Hotline on (852) 3988 2388.
  4. Please note that if your bound credit card(s) become invalid (e.g. due to renewal or re-issuance), you have to bind your new card(s) and remove the invalid credit card(s).
