6. What should I do if I have changed my mobile number registered with my credit card, Smart / Payment Account?
  1. If you are a Payment Account customer, you have to cancel the account and register for a new account with your new mobile number. For details about registration, please refer to the following FAQ:
    • "Registration/Binding" > "If I do not have a BOCHK bank account and a BOC credit card, how can I register for BoC Pay?"; or
    • "Registration/Binding" > "After completing the registration, how can I add new credit card(s) and Smart / Payment Account to, or remove the bound credit card(s) and Smart Account from BoC Pay?".
  2. If you are a credit card or Smart Account customer, you should first log out of BoC Pay and register with your new mobile number again after changing your mobile number registered with your credit card or Smart Account. For details about registration, please refer to the following FAQ:
    • "Registration/Binding" > "If I already have a BOCHK bank account or a BOC UnionPay credit card, how can I register for BoC Pay?"; or
    • "Registration/Binding" > " After completing the registration, how can I add new credit card(s) and Smart / Payment Account to, or remove the bound credit card(s) and Smart Account from BoC Pay ".
