If you have not set up an Electronic Direct Debit Authorisation (eDDA) before, you will need to do so in BoC Pay by following these steps:
- Select "My Account" on the upper-right corner of the Home page (or enter via "Account Overview" in the Menu).
- Select "Payment Account".
- Click "Manage".
- Select "Set up" in "Top-up Account" to enter eDDA set-up.
- Your name, HKID number shown on the page is not amendable.
- Choose the bank from the list.
- Enter your bank account number.
- Submit the application by clicking "Next".
- Enter the SMS one-time password received.
- SMS and email notifications will be sent to you when the result is received.
After setting up an eDDA, you can top-up your account by following these steps:
Method 1: Top-up on the Home page
- Select "Top-up" and enter the amount.
- Enter payment passcode or use biometric authentication.
- Top-up completed.
Method 2: Top-up in "My Account"
- Select "My Account" on the upper-right corner of the Home page (or enter via "Account Overview" in the Menu)
- Select "Payment Account".
- Select "Top-up" and enter the amount.
- Enter payment passcode or use biometric authentication.
- Top-up completed.
