Internet Banking Services Registration

Application via HKID Card
1Click “Login”
2Click “Register Internet Banking Service” 
3Click "BOCHK Bank Account Holder"
4Click "ID card scanning and face recognition"
5Choose "HKID Card" or "People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card"
6Confirm related Terms and Conditions and click "Start HKID Card Capture" / "Continue"
7Capture your ID card and confirm the information
8Perform facial recognition
9Enter one-time password received via the mobile phone number registered with BOCHK
10Set up Internet Banking Username and Login Password. Confirm the Terms and Conditions, then click "Continue"
11Click "Agree and Confirm" to complete the registration.
Application via BOC Card
1Click “Login”
2Click “Register Internet Banking Service”
3Click "BOCHK Bank Account Holder"
4Click "Enter BOC Card Number and ATM PIN"
5Enter card number, ATM password and verification code, then click "Continue"
6Enter one-time password received via the mobile phone number registered with BOCHK
7Set up Internet Banking User Name and Login password, then click "Continue"
8Click "Agree and Confirm" to complete the registration.

Payroll Account Registration

1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select “Menu”
2Select "Payroll Account"
3Enter "Promotional Code" (if any). Read and confirm the Terms and Conditions, then click "Agree and Confirm"

e-Statement Registration

1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select “Menu”
2Select “My e-Statement/e-Advice”
3Select “Setting”
4Click “Select all”
5“Agree and Confirm”

BOC Card Application

1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select "Menu"
2Click “Settings”
3Click “Set ATM Service”
4Click ”Apply BOC Card”
5Select accounts to use under BOC Card and click "Confirm" 

Sub-account Registration

1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select “Menu”
2Click “Settings”
3Click “Set ATM Service”
4Click “BOC Card/Credit Card Sub-account Registration”
5Select the card to amend the registered sub-account, then click "Amend"
6Select the sub-account(s) to register, then click "Agree and Continue"
7Click “Confirm”
