Personal Information Amendment

1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select “Menu”
2Click “Settings”
3Click “Change Personal Information”
4Click icon-edit to update personal information
5Take "Change E-mail Address" as an example. Enter the new e-mail address, then click "Agree and Continue"
6Verify and confirm the updated information, click “Confirm”
7Enter the mobile phone number registered with BOCHK, then select "Fingerprint Authentication ”(if applicable) or "Mobile Token Passcode" to complete identity verification
8Personal information amendment is complete

Credit Card / Bank Account Enquiry

Credit Card Account Enquiry
1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select “Menu”
2Click “Account Overview”
3Under “My Accounts”, click “Credit card” to enquire the credit card information
4Or select "My accounts" on homepage
5Click “Credit card”, select the credit card to be enquired
6Check the latest balance, gift points, electronic statement, available limit and transaction records on “My Credit Card” Overview
Bank Account Enquiry
1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select “My accounts”
2Select the account to be enquired 
3Or select "Menu" on homepage
4Click "Account Overview", then select the account to be enquired 

Daily Withdrawal Limit Setting

1Login BOCHK Mobile Banking and select “Menu”
2Click “Settings”
3Click “Set ATM Service”
4Click “Local Daily Cash Withdrawal Limit”
5Enter or adjust the slider for the new limit
6Click “Agree and Continue”
7Click “Agree and Continue”
8(Applicable to limit increase) Enter the mobile phone number registered with BOCHK. Select "Fingerprint Authentication" or enter "Mobile Token Passcode" to complete indentity verification
9The Daily Withdrawal Limit Setting is complete. 

Reset Internet Banking Password

1Click “Forgot your password” on login page
2Enter Internet Banking Number/Username, ATM Card Number, Card PIN and Verification Code. Then click "Continue"
3Enter one-time password received via the mobile phone number registered with BOCHK
4Enter new password and then click "Confirm"
5The Internet Banking Password is reset. Click “Back to Login” and use new password to login
