Roadmap
To address climate change, we align closely with the national dual carbon goals and support the HKSAR Government in achieving its carbon neutrality blueprint. We have deeply integrated green operations into our daily management and long-term planning to facilitate net-zero transition and sustainable economic development.

Operational Net-Zero Target and Strategy
We have formulated multiple energy saving and emission reduction plans, with a focus on improving electricity efficiency. By upgrading and enhancing major energy consuming equipment, we effectively reduce the Group’s overall energy consumption and further improve the energy performance of our properties and daily operations.
We have introduced photovoltaic solar panels or wind power systems at suitable properties to achieve self-generated renewable energy.
After fully implementing reduction and replacement measures, we will select appropriate carbon offset products in accordance with the principles of the BOCHK Carbon Offset Strategy Statement to neutralise the remaining carbon emissions.
