Structure
Sustainability is a core long-term strategy of the Bank, and a management-level Corporate Social Responsibility Committee was set up in 2010. To further advance our sustainability efforts, we underwent a restructuring and in 2019, we established a rigorous three-tier sustainability governance structure comprising the Board-level Sustainability Committee, the management-level Sustainability Executive Committee and the operational-level Sustainability Strategy Working Group. These easily facilitate the sustainable development.

We also have a dedicated teams of professionals, including the Sustainability Strategy Team, the Corporate Social Responsibility Office, the Sustainable Finance Team and the Green Operations Team, to ensure effective implementation of our CSR and sustainability activities.
