Any customer of BOCHK who owns a Hong Kong dollar saving account can visit our designated Branches to trade Physical Precious Metals. Additional account is not required.
There are over 30 branches which provide Physical Precious Metals Trading Services around Hong Kong. For details, please refer to the designated Branches link.
The Bank provides 99 Gold Bar, 9999 Gold Bar, Gold Maple, Silver Maple, Gold Panda, Great Wall Silver Bar with many more Precious Metals to choose from. For details, please refer to the Precious Metal Trading Prices.
Service hours: Mondays to Fridays 09:00 - 17:00 (Hong Kong Time), except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

There are no handling fees or charges of the Bank for any transaction. For enquiries please visit any of our branches or call our Personal Customer Service Hotline at +852 3988 2388. The Bank reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above products, services and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
