1. Eligible travellers* who spend a minimum of RMB 200 on tax-refundable goods at same participating store on a single day may request both the invoice and the Tax Refund Application Form from the retailer.
2. Upon presentation of both documents, tax refunds can be processed at any of the following six designated ports: Luohu Port, Futian Port, Shenzhen Bay Port, Man Kam To Control Point, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, and Shekou Cruise Home Port.
3. Bank of China self-service kiosks are available at the Luohu checkpoint (departure tax refund service hall, 3rd floor) and Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, supporting refunds to payment channels including physical credit cards and e-wallets within 3 minutes.
